I appeared on the Made to Matter podcast with my old mentor and former boss Adam Landrum. I really enjoyed this interview, both giving it and also listening to it this week.

We talk about the first big career transition I made in 2014 (about 10 years ago) when I quit my job to learn to code. Pretty quickly after that is when I met Adam when I joined his agency Merge as an apprentice. We talk about that path that led me there.

And we also spend time talking about the last big career switch--leaving my job at Netlify in 2023 to finally start my own business. It only took me 10 years to gather up the courage (and experience) I needed.
